I’m new. Which appointment should I choose?
Choose New Client Brow Shape for a first shaping appointment. For uneven, over-plucked or previously tattooed brows, Brow Rescue Consultation offers a personal assessment with shaping and tinting. If you’re considering cosmetic tattooing, start with Feathered Brow Consultation.
What happens when I click “Continue to booking”?
Timely opens in a new tab. Select Caulfield South or Bentleigh East, choose the treatment shown in this guide, then select an available date and time. The guide does not reserve an appointment or select a treatment for you.
Where are the studios?
Caulfield South: 368 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South VIC 3162. Bentleigh East: 82 Tudor Street, Bentleigh East VIC 3165. Both are by appointment. Check your booking confirmation for your selected location.
Can Melanie help with over-plucked or previously tattooed brows?
Start with Brow Rescue Consultation. Melanie assesses your natural growth and existing brows, then discusses suitable next steps. Brow regrowth, tattoo correction and pigment removal cannot be guaranteed.
Does every client receive the same brow shape?
No. Melanie considers your natural growth, facial features and expression before refining the design. Golden Ratio proportions provide a reference, rather than a fixed template.
I’m an existing client. What should I book?
For routine brow maintenance, choose Eyebrow Maintenance (Existing Client). Cosmetic tattoo touch-ups have separate appointments for 12–18 months and 18 months+, for existing tattoo clients. If you’re unsure which applies, ask Melanie first.
